| Preparation: Put the meat into a pan, season with salt and pepper and add the sliced garlic, a pinch of oregano, the broken up tomatoes and the oil. Cover the meat with water and put the pan onto the stove, cover and cook over a low heat. Serve when the water has almost completely been absorbed into a thick sauce. |
