Mackerel with peas ''Sgombri con piselli''

Ingredients, amounts for 4 people:
  • onion: 1
  • olive oil:
  • peas: 11 oz
  • peeled/skinned tomatoes: 4
  • parsley:
  • salt:
  • mackerel: 4
Preparation:
Clean and wash the fish. Chop the onion and parsley and brown in a pan with the oil. Add the peas and the tomatoes cut into pieces. Add salt to taste and cook for about 10 minutes. Add the fish and cook over a moderate heat for about 20 minutes. Serve.
