| Preparation: Beat the 3 egg yolks with the sugar until they whiten, add the 'mascarpone', beat again, add the rum and lastly, very delicately so that they do not flatten, fold in the whipped egg whites. Pour the cream into coffee cups and leave to freeze a few hours before serving. Accompany with dry biscuits or shortcrust pastry. |
