Cauliflower in Butter ''Cavolfiore al burro''

| Preparation: Boil the cauliflower in hot salted water, drain and divide into small pieces. Chop the onion and parsley and sauté in an oven-proof dish with the butter. When the onion has taken on some colour, add the cauliflower and allow to season. Sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese and put in an oven preheated to 180° C/ 350° F/ Gas Mark 4 for 10 minutes. Serve. |
