Ingredients, amounts for 4 people:
  • butter:
  • onion: 14 oz
  • white flour:
  • pork loin: 14 oz
  • salt:
  • sausage: 14 oz
  • tomato sauce:
Preparation:
Cut the pork loin into slices and flour them. Put the butter and sliced onions in a casserole dish and lightly brown them. When the onions are cooked, add the sausage cut into pieces and one tablespoon of tomato paste diluted with hot water. Adjust salt and pepper to taste and cook for 10 minutes. Add the loin of pork and cook for a few minutes. Mix to flavour the meat well and cook for 5 minutes on high heat. Serve with polenta or mashed potatoes.
